Pros

The only reason why one has to work over there is Salary which a way beyond market average and Stocks (remember that you have to be like a slave for 4 years) that comes with a 4 year lock-in. And, it is very obvious that they pay such a high salaries as their work environment is totally polluted and somehow they need to hold employees.

Cons

Not a good place at all until and unless you work as a slave for the teams in US. Leaders have no clue on how to drive an engaging culture and dynamic work environment. Teams in US leverage that to their advantage.

Good platform and product offering. food and socal events. stock is an added bonus i never got before.

Cons

No new vacancy's coming to Sydney as company is now putting all jobs in India. Wish my manager had told me before i joined she held this back and said i wpuld progress quickly if did good work.

Pros

Successful SaaS company that has resources and enjoying strong growth. Nice headquarters. Mix of older and younger employees. Good technology that customers seem to like. Good food and a lot of nice amenitites.

Cons

Terrible, mercenary “fail fast” culture. Driven by greed. Telling that almost no one has been there more than two years. Veterans cashed out or pushed out. Too much chaos in the increasingly complex and political structure of the company.
