Good benefits and great products

Unfortunately there are quite a few toxic teams where you can clearly observe discriminatory behavior, racism, sexism, bullying and retaliation. It's very unfortunate because ServiceNow used to be a great company a few years ago. But the culture has declined dramatically and many businesses units are no longer able to provide a healthy work environment for their employees.

If you're looking for a territorial bro culture where ladder climbers are rewarded for managing up while eviscerating the teams under them, this is the place for you! Sounds harsh, you say? Maybe, but not untrue. Until very recently, ServiceNow had an open, collaborative and welcoming culture. Unfortunately, 2023 brought layoffs that leadership was never transparent about internally or publicly and the general vibe there now is keep your head down and try to hang on or start looking elsewhere. Neither of those options make for a rewarding or innovative workplace.
