Pros

Great company product, talented employees, good health insurance, and nice office environment.

Cons

Forget if you expect to receive a raise. I have been working full-time for over two years and nothing has happened. They'll tell you that your "bonus" is your raise. Also, preference seems to be given to external candidates than current employees trying to grow professionally within the company. You'll lose more employees if opportunities are not given where deserved.

Pros

The pro would have been stock awards, but the stock was recently put on a "toxic stocks to avoid" list.

Cons

Utterly worthless leadership. All other cons (and there are many) stem from that.

Pros

It's a great company to work for in many ways. The product is amazing, they pay well and you get to work with a lot of great people.

Cons

It's really a "hire and fire" culture. If someone doesn't live up to the expectations they will be thrown out in any way possible. They are make a lot of promises they cannot keep, or maybe don't even intend to keep.
