Some employees do form cliques, but it seemed to be more so the younger and more often than not seasonal employees.
Product knowlage can be hard to pick up on for some employees, especially if they're only working part time.
Seasonal employees are not permitted to attend brand trainings unless they're on the verge of being picked up as a permanant hire.
Management can take some things very personally and get a little dramatic, like an employee quitting or having a grievance at an inconvenient time.
Apperance policies change frequently and can go from being very strict to very accepting (i.e. from hair being required to be pulled back/up, limits on types/colours/size of jewelry permited to multi-coloured hair and facial piercings accepted).
The "costume", as it's called (uniform) is very unflattering and somewhat uncomfortable, although you are allowed to have it tailored. The pants fit like maternity pants and the waist is well above the belly button. When the store gets hot, the costume does nothing to help and does not breathe well (it's polyester). Luckily, t-shirts are permited as long as they are from Sephora or a brand sold there.
