Pros

Will work with schedule requests customers are nice decent education program

Cons

Mgmt can be overstressed & can push down on employees Mgmt team not on same page...lots of back stabbing not enough coverage for breaks

Pros

Sephora highly educates their employees with everything from complex skincare ingredients to tons of product sampling. The pay is not very high and sales associates do not receive commission, so it's considerable that apart of the compensation is given in gratis (product).

Cons

No room for advancement, too much favoritism amongst certain leads and employees (but this may have been specific to the store I worked in.)

Pros

very girly enviornment discount on makeup and skincare gratis! Maybe I was just lucky, but my team was awesome to work with and became my good friends

Cons

limited amount of full time positions available part time status isn't enough to get by on crazy hours, no weekends or holidays off loathed being a closer, so many closing tasks
