      Pros

      Tons of hands on training. Amazing gratis from ALL the brands carried in the store.

      Cons

      Getting days off is a hassle. Have to deal with theft personally (no security) on hand except for Holidays at high volume locations.

      Pros

      Wonderful work environment, the company puts a lot of imporatance on education and skills training. I truly love my cast members and love going to work. Most days, I am so busy that time flies by, and I really enjoy the work that I do. I also love how organized and efficient our store is.

      Cons

      To be honest, my overall experiece with Sephora has been a wonderful one! If I had to think really hard about a con, my only complaint would be that I had to wait several months before I received my uniform. I think there was a shortage or delay with the uniforms and it took awhile for it to be sent to my store.
