Cons

Sometimes retail can take a toll on you. It can be chaotic when you don't have enough cast members on the floor.

-GRATIS (Freebie high-end makeup, skincare, hair care & fragrances) -Generous employee discount -Benefits and Partial Benefits Available -World-Class Training Programs -Travel Opportunities -If you need hours from October-February, they will pile them on for you! If you need less hours in the Summer months, no problem. -No commission-based sales = Team environment -Relatively high wage compared to other similar retail jobs

Cons

-Little work/life balance if you want to move up, despite it being a value of the company -Cannot be apart of leadership/management team if in school in certain stores, at the sole discretion of the Store Director

Great people, great values, great products and training. LOTS of free products for employees. Like thousands of dollars worth of free products per employee. After one year, you pretty much never need to buy makeup/skincare again :)

Cons

It is retail, so you have to deal with the terrible customers... Not all the customers are terrible, but you get one about once a week and they just suck. Customers are the worst part about retail. Also, the training is spread out soooo much that you begin to forget things are you learn about new products. The training could be better if they wanted it to be.
