If you need less hours in the Summer months, no problem. -No commission-based sales = Team environment -Relatively high wage compared to other similar retail jobs
Cons
-Little work/life balance if you want to move up, despite it being a value of the company -Cannot be apart of leadership/management team if in school in certain stores, at the sole discretion of the Store Director
