Pros
The work is easy to do and the pay isn't the worst.
Cons
Job has favoritism. Full time associates get away with acting like idiots but, temps get cut for the littlest things. Its a high school environment. It is hard focus on work when you have men running around trying to talk to all the women all day and you have people worried about drama and social issues more than actually focusing on work. Everyone just acts like they are working when management comes around, of course it is easy to make quota so its not hard to goof off and work. Felt like high school except you get paid.
