Pros

Gratis, education focused, every day presents different challenges! Company has strong values and makes efforts to achieve those values (work/life balance, teamwork, innovation, leading expertise in beauty, taking initiative, respect, passion for their clients)

Cons

retail hours, varying weekly work schedules, hours get cut when store is not meeting sales goals/budgets which may result in using PTO to get the hours you need to maintain regular pay. Too many on-calls shifts.

Cons

Working on your feet all day. Not the worst pay but no the best compared to other cosmetic retailers in NYC.
