Hello I joined Sensegrass a year ago as Senior General Manager at a C Level position to lead global market, I found hiring process very straightforward and transparent, Small company with around 20 people working from different part of the world make this company unique, very chill and cool work experience, Highly focused on KPIs and OKR, If you work you will grow till Founding member if you dont you will leave, a very automated and self appraisal method used by Sensegrass. I work directly with CEO, He is visionary and extra ordinary in terms of thinking, and leading this, Cool, Calm and chill but sharp like a knife to make sure company growing. I got one promotion during my tenure as well.

Cons

Nothing I find out over a year of work here.

I got lucky to get a chance to work with Sensegrass and amazing CEO of the company, I joined a fresher as my first company, never expected to learn in my first job, directly working CEO and C level members, learn alot, got first increment after 3 months. Must work place.

Cons

I had to leave the company for further studies.

I really like the hiring process of sensegrass, it will be a long complex for many but for me its very clear and transparent, they put every single details on JD, including salary, probation, task, Key roles and responsibilities, etc. 3 layer process with clear output this company is for someone visionary and want long term ,if you want to time waste this is not a place, i joined 3 months probation and due to my good performance they reduce my probation to 1 months and increase my CTC as well.

Cons

Nothing i would say, do not apply if u do not want to do hard work. this is a exceptional company with great work culture.
