I really like the hiring process of sensegrass, it will be a long complex for many but for me its very clear and transparent, they put every single details on JD, including salary, probation, task, Key roles and responsibilities, etc. 3 layer process with clear output this company is for someone visionary and want long term ,if you want to time waste this is not a place, i joined 3 months probation and due to my good performance they reduce my probation to 1 months and increase my CTC as well.
