Great people and relaxed work environment .

Cons

Unpaid overtime is the standard, and expected. The company is very disorganized, unfocused and constantly scrambling to make the best out of unrealistic deadlines.

Pros

Great people, Great Concept! Everyone who works at Selina has alot of energy and drive and the nomad lifestyle is vivid in peoples mind, hearts and everyday lives.

Cons

The company is still in a beginning stage of figuring out who they are, what they want and how to get there. There is terrible communication between people in particular with management, you can go days without replies to important questions. Currently it is a revolving door of people because no one is given the proper tools and training for success and in many ways are set up for failure.
