      Pros

      Have been working for the company for 2 years now and I can say that they push you to your maximum potential. I have learned and gained more experience in these last few years than my whole work experience. Have been given so many opportunities to grow and develop new skills I never knew I had.

      Cons

      Still being a startup and with aggressive growth, there are many changes that constantly happen and a lot of work that needs to be accomplished in a short time frame. If you can't work under tight deadlines and not adaptable to change, then this is not the company for you.

      The people are amazing, the culture is great, the people are very committed and is a great opportunity to learn about how a startup works and the challenges you can face

      Cons

      The channels of communication and the leadership skills can improve, it is understandable this type of issues since it is a startup, if you are not a self paced worker this company is not for you.
