Amazing place to learn and grow!

Pros

Endless opportunities to collaborate in exciting projects that will make you learn and grow, I was promoted to Manager after 6 months in my role and with lots of responsibility came great challenges and opportunities.

Cons

The Hospitality industry is not the best one to be during/after COVID-19.

Pros

Employees get to stay all over the world with a decent discount.

Cons

The people hired to be managers have as much experience as the front desk team. They do not listen to the concerns of the employees. They leave guest complaints and issues to the front desk team. It's a circus.

the ability to work for a cool international company opportunity to travel depending on position

Cons

turnover is high from constantly having to lay people of culture is bad no communication about changes in the company staff is overworked and underpaid
