      Pros

      I love working at Selina for being able to show my potential as a professional without losing my essence and authenticity. I see great opportunities for professional growth in the short term and I believe in the company and then values.

      Cons

      As it is a new company, the processes still need to be worked on, which sometimes makes productivity and time management difficult, performing tasks that could be avoided with better tools.

      Pros

      Engaging, collaborative and culturally diverse work environment, full of talented and passionate people. Great internal programs to foster learning, development and career growth. Hard work is appreciated and recognized. Selina is a a great place for a strong career growth!

      Cons

      Too many meetings that could've been an email or just a 2-minute call. Senior Management is great, but sometimes inaccessible to talk to because of the amount of meetings everyone has. The company is growing quickly, and it takes time to further establish programs and processes, this is a startup company... it can get a little stressful at times, but overall it is a great place.
