Pros

Selina's creative team has a great culture and is very supportive, work vs. personal life is well balanced, and they provide opportunities for young professionals

Cons

Salary and working conditions are terrible. I often feel like I'm paying to work when I have to pay taxes, work insurance, adobe package, and other expenses related to remote work myself, and I don't get any help. In addition, it does not have a structured career plan for the creative team
