Pros

- This was a unique opportunity to support a company changing the hospitality industry worldwide. - You are always going to be challenged to do things better, to implement what is not yet created and to dream beyond what you can see. - The sense of a global community is outstanding. You will meet the world and its culture.

Cons

- Taking a company from 0 to Nasdaq (and covid in between) is not easy but yet not impossible. You need to be prepared to test yourself every day and to be hands-on. - Tools and communication should continue to improve in this fast-paced environment.

I worked in Wilson's Social, located in Manchester, UK. Some cons include: often under staffed in peak hours; unreliable breaks; management often poor or completely absent; not organised; stocking issues; pay issues.
