      Pros

      This company has an incredible capacity for growth and if you are willing to stick it out with them, you can learn so much so fast.

      Cons

      It is a very disorganized organization, communication is all over the place, and there is a company culture that does not value people but actively discriminates against people. They also are very fond of promising great opportunity and never delivering.

      Pros

      Since there is no clear plan of growth, they give you plenty of room for improvise while on the go, on the other hand, there is a lot of opinion changing which is deeply frustrating.

      Cons

      There doesnt seem to be a clear plan of growth within the company, most of the time they dont respect work schedules and they promise full contracts while they actually give you 6 month contracts that never get renewed, but they still keep on paying you after the contract ends... The current leadeship team seems to be chosen based on trust and not on merit, so they have a lot of inexperienced folks at the top and they have constants reorganizations. Makes no sense.
