Remote work, great innovative idea for the company

Cons

Salaries variate, there is not leadership from the hiring managers, they change their mind every day, so the hire and fire people all the time, there is not stability. Abuse from some managers, not a company I would recomendable to work in.

The people are amazing, the culture is great, the people are very committed and is a great opportunity to learn about how a startup works and the challenges you can face

Cons

The channels of communication and the leadership skills can improve, it is understandable this type of issues since it is a startup, if you are not a self paced worker this company is not for you.

You are able to create and develop new processes keeping in mind they have been in the industry for 4 years now. A lot of space to come with creative ideas.

Cons

Work-life balance is a struggle. The workload is not for everyone to manage. If you have strong management skills+ multitasking skills then is not that bad.
