No oversight, complete freedom to do anything you want

Cons

You are alone in a hotel with unarmed security over night - something responsible for everything and everyone in the hotel.

Pros

Central and South America teams are sincere and great to work with. Cool concept and vision

Cons

Always short on cashflow and didn't pay vendors in a timely way. Had to use your own technology and business conducted via endless WhatsApp groups at all hours. Dictatorship culture at the top.

Pros

Used to have a really good professionals, when they actually paid for professionals. That's no longer thw case.

Cons

Selina is a mess, they don't want to pay for anything, not even for the people, if you like to get paid, or you work to buy food, clothes or something, this is not the company for you.
