Pros

-tokens for stays -cowork spaces for remote workers -some discounts -the coworkers.

Cons

-they hid the truth of how bad the company was doing financially, told us at the start of last year they had issues with the payroll due to system errors and thats why we got paid late. -After a year they KEEP paying late and now cant hide the truth of their financial crisis, -No bonuses, no salary increase -No compensation or employee care. -layoff of around half of the company and still owe money to partners and employees.

It was a nice place to work within the location.

Cons

The country team that was managing Mexico for years, was making a big business for themselves so the company now is almost ruin.
