Pros
they push you to the maximum - it's SO much work - but it get's you to your best version of yourserf. they give you always more responsibility than you thought you were capable and you tend to do your best to correspond to those expectations...and in that process you grow a lot!
Cons
confusing organization. the rules are always changing and that creates a lot of instability.
