Being able to learn about all the different areas & improme my skills for each one of it. Team work & trust worthy Capacity to grow into different areas

Cons

Poor communication between management & team members also between departments Fast growing and lot of work that sometimes can´t be handle it.

Pros

It is a great time to be part of Selina! It is growing really fast so you may expect a quite a fast-paced and demanding environment, do not expect a 9 to 5 schedule, this is a great place for go-doers and entrepreneurs. Also, depending on your role, you could work from home and there is no-dress-code, you get the opportunity to deliver results without having to comply with ridiculous biases and standards.

Cons

There seems to be a perceived pay gap among young millennials and "old" millennials
