Great place to learn and grow fast. Amazing mission, vision and values. Opportunities to start things from scratch. All ideas are welcome. Incredible company growth in short time.

Cons

Company needs to be more organized to achieve faster growth. Work-life balance is a con as whatsapp is the main communication tool and have meetings on weekends and bank holidays. Compliance & GDPR tools should be stronger in order to support fast growth. No laptops or phones provided.

Selina is a disruptive model, you wear so many hats that you develop skills in many areas. You get to know people from all over the world and have the change to actually make connections with them. Selina is always worried about providing the tools as training to make you grow in the company. The work environment gets relaxed with dogs around since Selina is pet friendly.

Cons

Selina is growing so fast that you need to move the same way to have success. Since it is developing while growing, there are things that don't have procedures and gets complicated sometimes but this is also and advantage because you have the power to give your insight and ideas to make improvements.
