      There’s really not much pros to say if any.

      Cons

      Lack of communication, everyone that works there lacks basic hygiene, if you’re in a vehicle you have to eat in it which makes the car stink & is so dirty, don’t really get a break, if you’re pregnant don’t expect to have that same site after maternity leave.

      The lies start on day 1. Well even before that. Recruiter blatantly lies.

      It's a job that hopefully will pay me.

      Cons

      Have to sit through 8 plus hours of orientation for NO PAY, yet their ad says "free training." Never in my life have I had to go to an orientation that didn't pay me. Until now. Unbelievable. They post ads about certain jobs that they don't even have, then place you somewhere completely different, just to have a warm body for the post. It's so disorganized that they don't even try to hide it, it's shameful and ridiculous, especially the Chicago office.
