      Work from home was the only slight upside

      Cons

      Too many to list, absolute disgrace of a company, Very low salary for the expectations, Work culture is toxic, no support, no ownership, each department pass the buck. Lots of online modules to work through for company policy etc but falls into insignificance when you hear about Securitas Sweden employees taking government officials to strip clubs etc.

      Don't waste your time

      Pros

      Getting hired if you don't have previous experience in security or police work is difficult. They also won't hire someone they think is over qualified. They don't have many opportunities to grow within the company and are constantly giving you hope of promotions just to give them to someone else. The work environment is toxic, they don't share information with the guards consistently, and they drag their feet looking to fill positions in the event of site closures. Constantly short staffed but will fire you if they don't understand what you're saying. Don't work for them.

      Unstable work hours, no communication, no true job stability
