      Can never get ahold of management The office is never open when they say it is you basically need an appointment to get into the office that employees you Uniforms do not fit and getting replacement pants has taken me as long as two weeks just because I can't get into the office Schedules often go out to late or not at all I was promised the following things that were never delivered on 1 pick your own site 2 cross training at many job sites 3 training for armed security 4 my pay was said to be11.22 and up but most job sites pay 9.99

      You will definitely work your 40 hours, if that was an issue prior to this company.

      Cons

      -Management is horrendous, constant heckling if you make a mistake, no matter how small. - There is so much negativity and pressure in the atmosphere due to management that you can almost feel it. - Trying to play nice when starting is not a good idea here. They will take advantage of you and it will be very obvious. You have to take a stern, professional approach when dealing with this company, know your rights as an employee.

      Pros

      It's a good place for when you are young to start and get a foot in the door towards something better.

      Cons

      #1) A lot LOT of mismanagement, not a very well organized company. Seems as if they they are biting a lot more than they can chew but they do it anyway. #2) For the last year I was there, there was no overtime allowed because of budget issues which really hurt me and others financially as they pay you not enough to live on off the bat. #3) There are always scheduling problems so for your first year or so expect to be called to many different sites and I can guarantee that they will be further away than you told them you were willing to travel to.
