If your looking for a work in an environment that’s challenging, helps you develop new skills, pays well, and stimulates you…then you made a mistake but being bored is not a great reason to quit.

Cons

Being bored, and working SCIS Securitas is a bummer that everyone must assume once they assume the position.

They supply uniforms including pants, belts, coats, shirts, and hats. The pay is okay for the job.

Cons

Everything you have ever supposedly done in life will be paraded throughout the company in violation of your civil rights. Management and other employees became very hostile toward me making by making false accusations of racism, denying a workers compensation claim, digging into my previous workers compensation claims, suggesting my inheritance was actually part of a workers compensation settlement from 2001, having everything I say noted by all other employees, false retaliation complaints, being told I was going to be fired (gaslighting), employees cussed me out while on the verge of violence, public humiliation, etc.

-Good pay, competitive salary among other security companies in the area. -Benefits for medical, and dental. -Easy job, simple tasks, beautiful area. -Potential overtime available to those who wish for more hours.

Cons

-Bad management due to schedule manipulation. -Low turn over rate, not many new recruits to fill in gaps. -Work over life imbalance, mandatory and forced overtime. -Lack of proper training and communication in several areas.
