Less than stellar management . The security industry isn't made of the best or the brightest, and this place is no exception. Most of my coworkers were either wannabe cops that thought they could do something high speed and be a real cop or they were really lazy.

Training was short, as others have said but not thorough enough to cover everything you'll need to know, plus all training is out of date within 3 months, too many changes! Supervisors push out unrealistic work quotas for work areas they have never worked themselves! You have to work extra hours, unpaid, to keep up with quotas and, as someone said before, every case reopened by a reviewer, which will vary depending on every reviewer, takes extra time to resolve since they ask for some redicilious corrections! Further, the pay is garbage for where I live and I am on foot 95% of the time, so no milage reimbursement! Office workers get paid more to do less than this job! My advice, DO NOT DO THIS JOB OR JOIN THIS COMPANY!
