      Got to spend a lot of time alone & without direct supervision.

      Cons

      If the company people like you....that's good for you, but if they decide not to...you're screwed basically. They pick & choose who to believe & will believe a rookie over a person that has a few years experience. Some people get away with being late all the time, while others get in trouble for the first offense. It's very subjective & yes...if you are a female you will be discriminated against. This company is the worst from top to bottom.

      Diebold left them a nice building. It'll give you time to look for another job.

      Everything, it's an uphill battle to exist here. It's all pretty awful.

      Ok pay but not worth it

      Unorginized, Fires trainees for simple mistakes, High school drama fueled enviroment, Disgruntled employees, Upper Managment dosnt seem to know what they are doing. Has not been properly trained. People who have been there only a couple years now run the place. Upper managment has fired almost the entire city of hermiston and boardman. Is well known through community as worst company to work for. Does not have proper knowledge of proper security. Fires employees with reasons they have let other employees get away with. Money given by client for employee raise was pocketed as bonus for upper managment.
