Cons

- Shift Work (pro or con depending on individual) - Client communication via phone (can be frustrating depending on client requests)

The best in the business, good culture, exciting company. Pays well and has decent flexible working arrangements available.

Cons

They want to make money now rather than be the best at cyber security. The focus has completely changed from technology and innovation to profit margins and revenue.
