      1) Flexible work environment. 2) Leadership is approachable.

      1) Employees do not have stock options. 2) It can sometimes be challenging to get engagement from different departments to get a task done.

      Challenging work. Very flexible for time and location. Has a culture of problem solving.

      Cons

      HR issues are slow to resolve. Secureworks relies on the Dell HR systems, and the local HR reps do not always display the best customer service skills.
