Pros

If your a manager or a married person then please join this, as this will help you to manage your personal life more..In simple words its a place for old person who only talks..:)

Cons

If you are looking for a carrier growth in terms of technology then don't even look at this offer at all.. At the time of interview they may attract you saying good CTC and blha blha stuff but it doesn't work out well...Salary structure is worst as well. You can't believe, HR person will tell somebody also we provide laptop to work.. well i believe its a joke ..I mean HR personnel are Joker same with top managers also. As usual, There are some good persons in management, who really cares for technology, even they value your thought process though it will not work out always. No Doubt its a part of one of the biggest retail..but how does it matter when you are related to technology.

Pros

- Some of the people are very enthusiastic - Self-driven work and lots of time to explore options - Mostly young work environment, lots of diversity

Cons

- No managers at all, workplace issues are completely unresolved - Other teams appeared to be woefully uneducated in basic tasks - Extremely long set up times, expect 2 to 3 weeks before actual work begins - It did not feel there was a development process at all, an absence of managers hinders this greatly - Drama and politics occur directly on the stage and are encouraged, not shot down. I have never been in any job where someone could act as some of these people did and they weren't fired on the spot.
