Surprisingly progressive given the state of the industry. They have good technical infrastructure compared to other similar companies. They are not afraid to take risks.

Cons

Old Sears culture is non-existent in most places. Teams compete instead of cooperate. Its difficult to see spending a long time working in the existing environment.
