Pros

Good first job (part-time, temporary) Friendly and helpful co-workers Usually easy to get time off Most customers are friendly & relatively easy to please Good training in your area of work

Cons

Poor management (little positive feedback to employees, take breaks together, slow moving & often lazy) Hot in the summer; cold in the winter (some employees have even had to wear coats while on the clock because of the cold) Out-dated machines and organizing techniques Boring dress-code (Black shirts, white shirts, black pants, khaki pants, black shoes, brown shoes ONLY)

Just a Job. Mediocre Pay

Pros

Customers are loyal. Generally good prices on tires. DieHard Batteries! Very strict standards to ensure the work gets done right the first time.

Cons

Not competitive on pricing. Poor pay for work done in Auto Center. Long time employees say they make less EVERY year they work there. They worry more about recommending certain services than they worry about the business walking out the door because many repair services are over priced. Parts prices are way too high, and they won't install any parts you provide.

Pros

You met different kinds of people and you learn to grow ass a person. GOOD FIRST JOB FOR A TEEN

Cons

Management gives hours to only favorite people. They dont respect you as a person and treat like a child even though you dont act like one. They focus only on credit APPS and dnt focus on the customer service. We ask like 20 questions and that annoys customers!
