Pros

Many areas to grow talents and skills Great corporate office facility Lots of support for all associates to grow in their careers

Cons

The organization is still trying to figure out what works with current consumers. There are many things going on all at once and it is sometimes difficult to align to direction.

Pros

To gain first hand knowledge about a variety of items.

Cons

Good luck trying to advance in a place that does not recognize hard work and effort. Some locations follow their own rules not the rules set forth by the higher ups in the company.
