Pros

Sears offered flexible hours to allow for school. Pay was good but starting to decline when I left. Get to work with interesting people

Cons

Not a lot of growth opportunity. As mentioned above pay was starting to decline. Not a lot of recognition for good performance

Pros

People are talented and hard-working, but there is a good work-life balance as well. Projects are interesting and results are tangible.

Cons

The culture of the firm is not particularly special, and leaders tend to be less innovative. In addition, it is located far from the city.

Pros

Tasks are simple. Complimented on my hard work.

Cons

The pay is terrible and I'm not receiving raises or bonuses even after becoming an employee of the month. I'm soon going to be forced to find another job because I can't survive on the terrible wage they pay me.
