- Technology focused - if you are tech savy , online is promising - Slow but steady culture change - mgmt is improving - tight tech recruitment - u shoud be good enough to get in

Leadership now has a solid and unified focus. They are instilling a new Team culture and a renewed energy on making the company one of the best in the retail sector.

Cons

Profits have not been the best...which has results in little to no increases or incentive payouts.
