Pros

They treat you ok but your quotas are sometimes unrealistic. Managment is quick to complain to you but they always tell you good job when you have good job proformance. A great first job.

Cons

Unrealistic quotas, they tend to push you to sell products that cost more but dont preform as well as cheaper products. Your coworkers will ask you alot of questions if you you take the time to learn your products.

Pros

Sometimes there are selling incentives for particular brands, and you can easily increase your pay if you can sell warranties.

Cons

High pressure to sell warranties, and additional items on purchases. Management does not recognize associates performance very often, and they are always reminding you of your sales numbers.
