      Good pay, hours are good

      Cons

      Always have to do other people's jobs. Unrealistic deadlines for work. Non-flexible management. Would not provide tools necessary often times to do the work or things were not in working order.

      I learned alot working at Sears. Worked different departments and with different managers.

      Cons

      sometimes people gossiped too much, like high school. But that's almost everywhere.
