It is an old fashioned company, more of a clock in clock out old processes, open plan with many higher management around no disconnect.

Cons

department rivalry and budget cutting in the UK when globally there is no limit

The techs I worked with are some of the most dedicated, hard working people I have ever met. A decent pay if you don't mind fixing others mistakes constantly, doing someone else's work on top of your normal tasks

Cons

This is the typical you are a number not a person, corporation. Management didn't hold people accountable no matter how disruptive it was for the group or revenue. If you spoke up at all you were the bad seed. Moral in the office was horrible. No growth, and a free for all for middle management to abuse hard working people so they could go to lunch on the company.
