Pros

The money was good, the benefits were ok not great. Location was also a short commute. Enjoyed the overall experience.

Cons

The insurance premiums are high and so is the deductiblbe. It might be better to buy your own insurance if you plan to use it a lot. there is also a lot of traveling.

- great people and products, engineering is superb - very structured approach to market - Swiss owned and run, - room to grow and expand horizons

Cons

- long hours, often travels away from family - at times senior mgmt listens to wrong people although recently alot of these people have been replaced - pay is average and not at top of industry
