Pay is competitive. Nice company colors. International company with a lot of turnover, so options are always there if you know the right people.

Cons

Unstable work environment. Poor work/life balance. Full of cliques. Poor insurance. Overpay for bad new employees that are connected with the leadership/dictatorship. Management far removed from today's real life.

Fairy big company with its benefits like education and support. Coworkers are nice and helpful, they jump in when needed.

Cons

Big difference between office and field. Management want to control fieldworkers but don't help them. Lots of work bun not enough pay.
