Pros

The field staff and people within the same department (all very hard workers)

Cons

Many in this role (Canada) have left in less than a year due to unsustainable capacity + other internal process and operational issues. Do not recommend.

The team is enthusiastic and integrates people well Company car Sales bonus

Cons

The job involves much more than just being a salesperson. Besides meeting sales targets for repair quotes, you have to process complaints, collaborate with the collections department to clear debts, respond to emails daily (you receive at least 50 a day on a wide variety of work-related topics), and answer calls (at least 20 a day). There are also targets for acquiring new clients. Not to mention that some time has to be invested in visiting clients, and depending on the area, more or less time is lost in travelling. It's too much for one person to able to handle and have a life. You're constantly living under stress. Other people in the company already had burn outs...
