Pros

- Working with very bright co-workers, which where very few. - Learning about the mechanics in elevators with the engineers

Cons

- Work environment in IT department was not an rewarding experience - Hording of information amongst co-workers appears to be the norm there. - A very micro-managing environment with poor implementation of improving one's performance if given negative feedback. - Lack of letting certain individuals wanting to excel or prove themselves for want to advance into other avenues in support departments.

Pros

Ability to work on some beneficial projects.

Cons

Little opportunity for growth in one location. Decisions are typically/always top-down, you are told as late as possible about decisions that affect your department, yet you are given the responsibility and accountability to try and make it work.

Pros

120 Hours of PTO per year is nice, *if* you get hired on completely. Working with people of different ethnicity is nice.

Cons

These people LOVE their temp workers and will keep you that way as long as possible. No bonuses, no PTO/Sick time, no benefits. You can be strung along for up up to 3 years before being hired on. Benefits are lackluster at best. Dental especially is a joke. You will NOT get promoted. Lateral movement at best, and if you like stress you can become a team lead/supervisor. Management feels completely disconnected, focused more on their spreadsheets than boots-on-the-ground input from factory workers. Communication between departments and levels of management is almost nonexistent. Yearly bonuses are unfairly weighted to favor upper management with unrealistic expectations for participation. * Overtime/Weekend work not required but an unwritten expectation that WILL negatively impact your reviews and bonus Abysmal raise rates. So many work stoppages due to terrible supplier relationships Major holidays extended, use PTO to fill time or go unpaid. (No help for temps) Things are such a frantic unorganized mess that you can never tell if you are understaffed or overloaded with work volume. Management engagement with employees feels like required lip service more than genuine interest. HR is virtually useless and will defer work back onto the employees Point system for attendance is weighted to pressure employees to be at work even if its dangerous. Staying anonymous because there will be a talking to in the office otherwise. Feeling completely undervalued/replaceable/disrespected.
