Coworkers are nice and good to work with. Regular working hours are expected. Ability to work independently.

Cons

Management does not recognize exceptional workers from others. Employees seem to be grouped in pay ranges based purely on years of service and not merit.

Compensation and other benefit are ok ,Have good recognised Brand name, office locations are convenient making it convenient to commute to office

Cons

Very bad Senior Management and HR is hopelessly Bad with New employees, Schindler has most of Ex Otis people and have different Otis Lobby, make it difficult to adjust new person from other industry, No system of working, Professional from other good industry will get frustrated and leave soon/

-Benefits -Manage own hours around mechanics or daily schedule easily -50/50 office and in the field

Cons

-analytically micro-managed; every boss will manage a different metric and even if they conflict your must meet all criteria. -Focus changes weekly: testing one week, maintenance the next, hours per day, budget, parts, etc. -depending on the market the customers can be overly demanding so better have thick skin
