Competitive pay. Good for right out of college but don't stay long. Some nice people around the country, but most of the positive, inspiring managers have recently left and the new ones are rude and divisive.

Cons

Poor management. Lack of diversity. Little innovation and technology. Stuck in '90s. Cold and restricting culture.

Pros

What keeps you here is the employees. There is a lot of sacrifice you have to do to maintain at this job. Customer Service Week is the best and they try hard to get everyone together and amped. It is easy to make decent amount of money here by working overtime.

Cons

Management, Management, Management Can make or break a team. And by far its broken and trying to hold on like a thread but you do see small moments when they try. Favoritism is also a Con. A person can be hired in before you or asked to advance and you can be here longer and still trying to get ahead until finally they let you go or hire you in after 12 months. VERY MICRO-MANAGED!!!!

Great people at the local level.

They have made up all kinds of departments and processes that make it very hard to give the customer what they want.....an elevator. Whoever implemented SAIS in the USA needs slapped.
