Some really great people in local office, great product, good salary, good benefits

Cons

Bad management from the top down, no work life balance, no value placed on experience, hire only people with high level degree that have no comprehension of the industry, massive overhead drives costs up and affects field force, does not care about customer satisfaction, does not promote from within, does not value employee input, unethical financial practices

Salaries are very competitive. For the most part the managers and employees always have the best intentions to do what is best for the company and their customers. Very friendly place to work.

Cons

The global and manufacturing perspective holds them back from achieving higher results. Too focused on making money, micromanaging, and reducing head count to save money. Not enough focus on doing what is best for their employees.
