Pros

some helpful co-workers who smile

Cons

extremely bad management, Rude aggressive management. under paid, over worked. Most high level managers are friends of the owners from overseas, locals are not given a chance to obtain management roles. Management are in roles that have never done any management training and don't know how to be a manager, It is run on the buddy system. Staff who have been at the company for a long time will swear at other staff in person and on the phone, when it is reported to HR nothing is done about it. They encourage bad behaviour including bullying and haraassment. Staff who have complaints made about them are not given warnings or any punishment. They move staff around different locations to cover up the harassment and bullying that goes on. Low paid with no salary increase.
